The Season- Week 9 Recap

Exciting Week 9 games:Washington Redskins

Washington Redskins 20,394 - San Francisco 49ers 17,712

In a battle of west coast brains vs. east coast brains, the fans of the Washington Redskins showed that the east coast had the upper hand this week. In fairness to SF 49er fans, it's easier to have motivation to read and study during a blizzard than it is during constant sunshine.

New England Patroits 16,989 - New York Giants 16,502

The fans of these two teams battled it out in a close contest that could've gone either way until the final minutes. Pretty much the same story happened on the field, except the Patriots fans did what Tom Brady could not do: Get the win.

Detroit Lions 16,335 - Minnesota Vikings 16,177

Way to go Detroit Lions fans! While Minnesota continues their tumble down the rankings (They were once ranked #10), Detroit has beaten a top 15 team for the first time this year. Keep up the smart work!

Moving On Up:jac.png

#10 New York Giants (7-3)

Welcome to the top ten in the Season Power Rankings (see below)! Looks like my plea to you last week to add some more players and reach your potential was heard loud and clear. Keep up this momentum, your team has a great chance of winning the rest of your games before your big game with Washington on 12/16.

#12 Jacksonville Jagaurs (6-3)

Up, Down, Up, Down. What a roller coaster fan base! After two weeks of falling, you had two successful weeks of climbing. The best way to stay consistent is to have your best players play every week. No weeks off! Recruit more players and get more consistency from your current players.

Waisted Effort or Positive Sign?

St. Louis Rams 19,140 - Arizona Cardinals 10,794

St. Louis Rams fans came out of nowhere this week to post the highest score of all teams not named Tampa Bay, Houston or Washington. In a week, where almost everyone was well below their season average, St. Louis posted a score that was 3,000 points...yes, 3,000 points higher than their Season average. Unfortunately, this fantastic display of smarts happened against the Arizona Cardinals fans, who are the second worst team this season. Will this go down as a waisted effort or a sign that St. Louis fans are a force to be heard during the second half of the season? Time will tell.

You Can Do Better!

New York Jets- Your team has found its rhythm on the field and so can you! You are performing well and there is every indication that you can be better. You moved up 2 spots this week in the Power Rankings. Let's keep it up by adding more players!

San Diego Chargers- You're 2-7, #17 in the rankings and you're getting out performed by northern California teams. We expect better from you!

Once again, I encourage all troubled teams (Atlanta!) to RECRUIT PLAYERS. Seriously, do you really want to be known as the dumbest fans in the NFL? Really?

NOTE: Unlike the NFL, NO teams on The Season have bye-weeks. Look at The Season schedule to see who you are playing during your team's bye-week.
