Q: What is My Social Connections?
A: My Social Connections enables new and existing Buzztime PlayersPlus members to connect their Buzztime account to their social media account from Facebook, Twitter, and Yahoo!. Once set up, registered Buzztime PlayersPlus members can log in to Buzztime.com with either their social network credentials or their Buzztime Username and Password.
Q: Why should I use My Social Connections?
A: Not only does My Social Connections make it easier to log into Buzztime.com, you will also automatically share your game scores when you play at a Buzztime restaurant or bar location! With the “Post Scores” box on your Edit My Info page checked you will receive 500 PlayersPlus points, each day you play, for each of your social accounts (maximum 1500 points per day). If you would like to keep your social connection for easy log in, but stop sharing with your friends, simply uncheck the “Post Scores” box on the Edit My Info page.
Q: How do I connect my accounts?
A: It's easy! Just follow these simple steps:
- If you're NOT logged in yet:
Simply click the "Log In" button on the top right of the page and follow the prompts!
- If you are already logged in:
Click on "Edit My Info" at the top right of the page. On the right of the screen, look for "My Social Connections". To connect to Facebook, Twitter and Yahoo!, just click on the icons and follow the prompts.
Q: What if I want to stop using My Social Connections?
A: You can choose to disconnect from any or all of your social networks on the Edit My Info page by clicking on “Edit Connections” and then the “Disconnect” link next to the social account you would like to disconnect from.
Q: What if the Buzztime location I am playing at is not connected to the internet. Will I still get my PlayersPlus points?
A: Yes. When the Buzztime location reconnects to the internet, your PlayersPlus points will be awarded.
Q: Are my scores posted to my social network right after I am finished playing the game?
A: Scores will usually post to your social network within minutes. Score post times may vary depending on the game and the location’s internet connection.
